    Why do women stay in domestic violence relationships?How can they get out without later on being killed by their abuser? Why do law enforcement agencies take so long for justice to be served? Why wait til the abuser is near and dial 911 and by the time police get there. The man is gone. Victim is killed or severely beatened.
