    Carroll talks with  Clayton Young, President Ohana Bird Club,  Phoenix Morgaine from Wild Bird Rehab Haven, and Florence Hulihee, President Alha Hawaiian Parrot Assoc.   about their concerns with House Resolution 669 “ The Non Native Wildlife Invasion Prevention Act”  to be heard by congress on April 23, 2009.  The bill was introduced by Delegate Madeline Bordallo (D- Guam)
