This week Carroll discusses trash and politics in Hawaii. Of special concern is the "Waikele Caves", a canyon area next to Waikele that is zoned for and could be used as a beautiful recreation area. Unfortunately it is now filled up with industrial storage areas and businesses trashing up the landscape.
