Carroll's guests are Carole McLean and Kimberly Lowe from The Friends of He'eia State Park. They recently lost their lease to Kama'aina Kids, whose plans includefeefor use, “ecotourism”, kayak tours, piers & construction. Once again, DLNR is involved in a questionable lease deal.
