    Lyla B. Berg, Representative for the18th District and candidate for Lt. Governor, is back to talk about various bills before the legislature including HD1665 preventing the sales of fishponds,  SB1311 transfering DLNR resources to UH Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology (allowing activity without permits and oversight)HB2200 giving 54% of DLNR's Aquatics Division budget to the Hawaii Instutue of Marine Biology,  and HD regarding surfing reserves and designated competitive reserve areas.  We need to preserve our ocean access, open space, agricultural and cultural lands, not give them away to the highest bidder.   The deadline is midnight, Friday April 23.  Call your legislators now!
